Refund & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, please fill out the returns form enclosed and return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and with all relevant tags attached, for an exchange or refund (excluding postage).

Return post will be at customer's expense. This item is the customer's responsibility until it arrives with us, therefore please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method. Please note that all accessories and sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A second postage charge will be incurred where item is being exchanged for a different style.

For your convenience you may return items bought online directly to our store at 6 Lower Market Street, Ennis, Co. Clare. However your exchange/refund will be dealt with during office hours as per online returns policy.
